The mind hunts for patterns. And when all else fails, it will impose them. These four images are data which I am trying to reassemble into information... a consistent thought, idea, whatever. But no, I see that order only in the interals of the second and third images... a consistency of flow, shape, design in somewhat mirrored action.

The color palette in #2 is peacock-like... in #3 it plays with reality... teasing the chromes into a Rotogravure discipline. It is as if you began each with the same sense of dynamic tension, then went on to discover how that basic melody could be ornamented with color saturation. Do you look upon color as an accessory? If you do, it is a fascinating methodology.

Thanks for sharing,

Ted
